The 1963 Chevy Nova project car |
The 1963 Nova
project is getting started. While the Jet Bike is still
underway, the Nova is in another garage bay. The plans are
still a bit tentative at the moment, but one thing is for
sure. It will be a monster when it is done.
Many of the parts
have already been ordered for the Nova. It will be a build
up from the bare car, with an install of new wiring, sound
dampening, a new crate motor built just for the project,
nitrous, suspension, and lots more.

The 1963 Chevy Nova project
The car looks
pretty much like this right now. Although it is not much
to look at this moment, it will soon take on the looks of
a racer. Classic vehicles such as the Chevy 2 Nova are just
so great. The world has not seen the likes of cars such
as these since their heyday in the 60's and 70's. There
is a reason they were called muscle cars after all.

Valetta
The project will
be built here in the garage with the help of John Valetta
who owns the vehicle. The intended use will be street strip
running and general cruising. Ask yourself this, if you
had the means, wouldn't you build one too?
Keep checking
in for updates on the project, and as always we will try
to keep them coming as often as possible.
Thanks for following
along for the ride!
